David Tweel is a Regional Sales Director in the women’s pelvic health medical space, with experience in this specialized healthcare field spanning over twenty years. David began his medical career in 1996, which evolved into the female pelvic health sector in 2004. David has been working within female pelvic health in many capacities throughout his career, with the most recent fourteen engaging with a targeted focus on pelvic organ prolapse (POP), stress urinary incontinence (SUI), and fecal incontinence (FI). David has been applying his skills throughout his career toward development of business models, physician training program design and implementation, leadership team collaboration, and development of therapy awareness programming.
David is extremely passionate about this space, assisting both women and physicians to become more educated regarding the treatment pathways, as well as identifying appropriate surgeons to optimize treatment outcomes. “I am honored and humbled to be able to be a part of APOPS, and look forward to contributing and learning from all that are involved.”
Jim Minetola, BSIE, has over 43 years’ experience in the disposable absorbent products industry. He conducted technology seminars worldwide including: Dominican Republic, Panama, Brazil, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, Scotland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Greece, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Egypt, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Jim was employed with First Quality Products since 1995 and retired in March 2018 as Technical Services Director. Prior to his employment with First Quality he was involved with the development of the Attends brand product for Procter & Gamble, and was a Principal Research Scientist for the Serenity business unit of Johnson & Johnson.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in engineering, Jim is the holder of six U.S. Patents for related disposable absorbent products. He served 8 years as a board member at the University of North Carolina Nursing School, was a member of the National Council on Performance Standards for Absorbents, and a member of INDA Standard Test Methods Committee.
Debbie Garner has 20 years of experience in commercialization leadership roles and has been CEO of FEMSelect since 2016. She has launched and built the market for innovative women’s health care products with Eli Lilly and Co. and iMDsoft in numerous international markets. Debbie holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Harvard College.
